Oenia Nexnet grew out of the communities it serves: virtual aviation, game servers, Minecraft. Every product was first written to solve a real problem, then opened up to others.
We stay deliberately small: development, hosting and support come from the same team, so we answer fast and ship at the pace of real feedback.

What is Oenia Nexnet?
Oenia Nexnet is a Belgian publisher of management software, based in Couvin (province of Namur). We build custom software (CMS, CRM, ERP, HRM, internal tools) and six ready-made products for virtual aviation, game-server hosting, Minecraft, content creators, small businesses and associations. We host and evolve them ourselves.
How much does custom management software cost?
It depends on what the software needs to handle: every project gets a written quote after a free, no-commitment first conversation that starts from your real processes. If one of our ready-made products already covers your need, we tell you: it is the cheaper option.
Which products are available today?
CrewHub (virtual airlines, groups and alliances), Nexnet (game-server hosting) and Euraxis (Minecraft server) are available. Kadence (content creators), Comptoir (small businesses) and Adhera (associations) are in development; you can join their waitlist.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, on servers backed up every day. Your data is never resold or used for advertising, and you can export it at any time in open formats.
Do I need training to use your software?
No. Every screen does one thing, with no mandatory setup and no management jargon: most teams create their first project, server or airline within minutes, in a browser, on desktop, tablet or phone.
How does a demo work, and how fast do you reply?
A demo is a 30-minute guided tour over video, prepared around your own use cases. We answer every request within 48 working hours, in French, English or Dutch.
