General Terms of Use/Sale (GTU>S)

Oenia Nexnet provides management, consulting, development, hosting, community management, and moderation services for small projects. Each service has a specific cost that varies depending on the needs of the project contacting us.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using any of our products or services, free or paid, you automatically accept these general terms of use and sale. This acceptance is effective from your first use of our services.
3. Account Creation
To access Oenia Nexnet’s services, you must complete a form and provide the required information. We will then create your account. It is planned to manage this process directly via a CRM in the future. On some services we use third-party partner with whom we collaborate for account management, you need to create an account on their platforms.
4. Use of Services
Users must comply with the conduct rules and policies of each service. Any inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or closure. Services must be used in accordance with applicable laws. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Users must not violate the intellectual property rights of others. Users must respect the privacy of other users and not disclose personal information without consent. Access to services may be limited or restricted based on technical availability or maintenance updates. Users are responsible for the content they post or share on our platforms. Any inappropriate or offensive content will be removed. Users are responsible for their use of the services. We are not responsible for the actions or content posted by users. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oenia Nexnet and its subsidiaries from any claim or damage resulting from their use of the services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the services at any time, with or without notice.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
We accept payments via Stripe, including online payments, PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, etc. We offer monthly subscriptions for some of our services. The specific details of each subscription are available on each the respective platforms. By derogation from Belgian law and given the nature of the service (intangible service delivered without delay), the customer no longer has the right of withdrawal from the date and time of service delivery. However, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days if the ordered service has not yet been delivered to them while their payment is effective.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
All content on our platforms, including text, images, videos, and software, is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission. You are responsible for the content you post on our platforms. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platforms and in our communications. You must not post illegal, offensive, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content and suspend or close your account in case of violation of this rule.
